Timeless Romanticism, as a philosophy, was a cultural and intellectual movement that arised in the late 18 th and very early 19 th centuries, primarily in Europe. It arose as a response versus the rationalism of the Enlightenment and the mechanistic sight of the Industrial Change. As opposed to concentrating only on factor, order, and reasoning, Classical Romanticism emphasized the deepness of human experience, uniqueness, imagination, and the sacredness of nature.

Timeless Romanticism thinkers held that truth is not gotten to by reasoning alone yet via feeling, imagination, and intuition. Feeling was viewed as a valid– and even remarkable– path to knowledge compared to cold sensible evaluation.

Classic Romanticism watched nature not as a device to be explored but as a living, spiritual force. It symbolized fact, beauty, and magnificent visibility. Nature was a mirror of the heart and a source of knowledge.
